Reasons for optimism for 2014

Whilst the economic situation in our region remains challenging there are signs that the housing market is beginning to recover.

However unlike many regions of the UK we are not experiencing any sort of "boom". Thias is contrary to many  reports in the national media. That said activity has increased in the early part of 2014 and there are reasons for optimism for the forthcoming year.

Let's hope that this postivity continues and develops into a steady and controlled improvement in our local housing market.
