Based in Darlington, but serving the region , Browns Cowie & Co will offer a wide range of Building Surveys and other work to compliment our Valuation and Commercial Agency services.

Consultant Surveyor Alan Cowie will head up the Building Survey team and offers surveys on Residential and Commercial property, including - Building defects, Dilapidations, Asset protection, Schedules of condition, Planning and Building advice, Historic Building Conservation, to name a few!
