Browns offer a no obligation, free property appraisal for all landlords.
During the Appraisal, a representative (most likley Simon Brown MRICS) will visit the property and discuss all your options with you. You will then have the opportunity to talk about the residential lettings process, current regulatory requirements and an overview of our services.
We will discuss the current rental values in your area and what potential rent you could achieve for your property. After having the opportunity to see the property, we can discuss what kind of tenant you envisage living there and truly get an idea of your vision for the property. What qualities you are looking for in a tenant will also be looked into, such as pets etc.
At Browns we offer the full Landlord Service package, this includes talks on all current laws and legislation regarding property and landlords too.
We will be able to answer all questions and deal with any apprehensions that you may have about becoming a landlord or using a new property management service.
